
Allie Lawrence is a Brooklyn based comedian, voice actor, and writer originally from Denver, Colorado. Her comedic stylings are character driven, observation based, and she’s often noted for her dulcet, lilting tones.
Allie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Theatre Arts and English with an emphasis in creative writing. She continued her acting studies at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Ireland, completed iO Chicago’s improv intensive, and UCB NYC’s improv courses before successfully auditioning for the UCB Academy. Allie has performed with multiple indie improv teams, including Ubiquitous They, Hot Milk, Our Dads Are Brothers, Birthday Stew, and Ladyprov.
Allie is a co-host of the monthly Off Menu Comedy show. She previously hosted a weekly open mic and show with Silly Goof Comedy and Cellar77 for over four years. She can be found regularly performing around NYC at Broadway Comedy Club, The Bell House, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, Caveat, Club Cumming, Eastville Comedy, Gotham Comedy Club, The Stand, Union Hall, basements of bars, backyards of coffeeshops, and more.
Allie was a 2024 Bell House Newcomer, a semifinalist at Denver’s 2024 Rise Comedy Festival, a featured stand-up comic at the 2024 Omaha Comedy Fest, and she performed a run of her PowerPoint show SURVIVORSHIP at Caveat’s Projectorfest 2024. In 2025, Allie opened for Hampton Yount at SF Sketchfest, she performed her half hour QUIET KID at Caveat NYC, and she was a featured stand-up at the Bend Comedy Festival.
